All the stars have aligned

So, it seems like things are working out just as they should. We found THE house. It has all but 4 of the things on my list. I won't bore you with the details of how things fell into place, but the game is finally over. It was torturous waiting on counteroffers, wondering if another, better offer was going to come in, etc, etc...But it's official and it will be ours at the end of August. Very exciting.
